产品说明：
      塔式脱氧水制备系统是在国外技术基础上加以消化吸收而开发的一种产品。产品脱氧性能精度高、稳定性好、可靠性强，设备广泛应用于各种需要高纯度脱氧水的应用场合。
塔高约6米，直接将酿造水进去脱氧塔进行脱氧，采用二氧化碳置换，在完成脱氧的同事脱氧水也达到了部分碳酸化目的。
       脱氧水在经过薄板冷却后与清酒混合达到客户需要的成品酒。薄板冷却温度采用自动控制系统，为了让西施水中二氧化碳含量达到稀释水的工艺指标，系统配备了二氧化碳饱冲器。确保二氧化碳在水中的稳定性，清酒和脱氧水混合通过模块控制脱氧水流量，确保混合精度。系统通过微机自动完成。

工艺流程：
        无菌水通过自动流量阀进入板式换热器，在进入脱气塔之前，无菌水经过板式换热器的热回收预加热至72度，用户所要求的进入无菌水的流量在进去板式换热器前通过控制柜并且自动控制，水在脱气塔的顶部进行分流，按照与置换气体逆向流动的要求从上往下流，置换气体从气塔底部通过泵送至板式换热器的冷却并达到所
要求的温度，为了保证泵不至于吸空，在脱气塔的底部设有液位控制以保持脱气塔底部具有一定的液位
最终的脱氧水的碳酸化是通过二氧化碳喷射进冷却段脱氧水进口实现的，最终的成品脱氧水通过换向阀被泵送到脱氧水储罐。

Technological process:
