       二氧化碳装置主要适用于啤酒厂、酒精厂以及天然CO₂气井等行业发酵过程中产生的二氧化碳，将其纯化、液化、灌装和制干冰，以供使用。该装置运行可靠、回收的二氧化碳纯度高。

      本二氧化碳回收装置的自动化控制采用西门子的PLC控制，每个环节的程序、连锁、安全保护等控制考虑得周全且可靠性好。进气纯度不达标自动排空，吸附塔。干燥塔再生阀门自动切换，再生温度自动控制，冷却水循环自动控制，储罐超压自动报警并排空，储罐满液位自动停机，并附有二氧化碳提纯装置选项，与气态二氧化碳接触部位均采用不锈钢材质。发酵气经收集往不锈钢除沫器、水洗塔、初步除掉杂质，进入CO₂储气囊，
再由无油润滑压缩机将压力提高到2.0MPa,经吸附塔、干燥塔除去残余杂质，得到纯度达到99.9%露点低于-60度的纯净CO₂气体，送入CO₂冷凝器，将其变成液态，温度在-20度左右，液态CO₂在高位差下流入隔热的液态CO₂储罐中，根据需要液态CO₂灌入钢瓶或直接净化输出使用。
